LUDINGTON, MICH. – A 22-year-old Ludington man was arrested after a Mason County Sheriff’s deputy reportedly observed him push and punch a bouncer at 2:10 a.m., Sunday, March 6 at the Tiki Bar on Ludington Avenue near Harrison Street.
The suspect then reportedly fought with the deputy, punching and kicking him. The bouncer assisted the deputy and was allegedly punched in the groin by the suspect. Once in the patrol car, the suspect kicked the interior, causing damage.
The man is being charged with disorderly person, resisting and opposing police, assault and damaged property.
